SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT REPORT 2022

We are pleased to present our first Sustainability Management Report, a document that expands upon the contents of the traditional management report, as required by Article 2428 of the Italian Civil Code, by incorporating sustainability-related disclosures in the social and environmental spheres.
At Casta Diva, we recognize the profound impact sustainability can have on global challenges such as inequality and climate change. That’s why we are proactively committed to Sustainable Development by supporting the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the 17 Goals of the 2030 Agenda in the areas of Human Rights, Labor, and the Environment.
We are especially focused on sharing our core ethical values with employees and partners through concrete actions and projects. To further this commitment, we have introduced a dedicated professional role within the Group: the ESG Manager, a position that bridges the emerging needs of both Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility.
